Best "rent-a-car" business in the UK... Highly-professional & friendly service
Great service. Had forgotten an item that I had left in the car. Adul at Gatwick sorted it in no time and posted it to my home address. Delighted.
The wait to get the keys was rather long but overall nice experience with helpful personnel.
i picked up the car that was not re-fuelled (it was about one third full) , i called the branch couple of times and was told to return the vehicle with a level of fuel that i think there was during the pick up.
Your staff apologized and re-assured me that there will be no extra cost, despite reassurance i was charged 54 pounds..
i called the customer service today and they said they will investigate it..
not good enough
Charged £70 refueling charge despite returning car with the same level of fuel as on collection. I drove 50 miles in the car and on the check in report it stated I had driven 280 - not sure who drove it after I returned it. Also now have a damage report from them saying I caused a scratch to the car which was there when I collected it. Avoid at all costs.
