Green Motion Car Rental London Gatwick Airport

Vehicle retail price are cheap. However as soon as you don't go with their insurance options which by the way doesn't give you back the asking price for the insurance of £550 which is not refundable, green mention is absolutely a professional thief when it comes to getting insurance and parking fines. In my case I hired a van a long term base, which I took out an private insurance which cost £110 and the £1500 holding deposit with green mention, I was advised an insurance options one that doesn't refund my £550 but it covers parking fines, however I decided to go with the private insurance which I was also told that I would be liable to pay that , after my retail ended green mention sent me a copies of the parking fine and Adam demanded £24 extra with the parking fine of £65 which I paid £84 two different occasions to green mention believing they have paid for the parking fine which I paid to them not knowing that the £84 was only admin fees from green mention for doing nothing or paying for nothing fours weeks later I again received the same penalty charge via post and I was asked to pay the the parking fine which was already paid to green mention, without prolonging the matter be very careful with green mention when hiring it may seem cheap from the offset but it would end up costing you more because this company always looks for way to thief your hard earned money.

Amazing service given my Mark and Mathias. I was in contact with Mark via email and he helped me with finding a good car. Do note that the the rental location is not within the Airport. They do provide shuttle to rental location for people with valid boarding pass (only). Others have to take a taxi from LGW to rental location. I truly hope businesses in Gatwick recover soon to support the community around it. Thanks Mark for your exceptional service.

Abdul was fantastic and amazing service. This pal is just unique. The communication from email to telephone questions was perfect, the service at counter was super perfect. This company is perfect. Highly recommend them forget what doubters say because they don’t follow process and become a victim of their own stupidity. Greenmotion is faultless and is 5* services.

There has been negativity about this company. I am honestly saying this that rest assure this company is just improving and improving. This guy really makes a different for this company. I will be really disappointed if this guy ever left as he makes me want to come back! It’s a fact.

Having rented a great amount of cars I can say with certainty that this was the worst experience of my life. There was no shuttle bus from the airport although I was never informed that I was supposed to find my own way to the place. I was trying to call the location for literally 50 minutes with no luck. If I tried to hire a car from a scammer I would have had better service. Completely unacceptable.
