Worst car rental ever! Reservations are canceled at short term without reason and without apology. The costs for the already booked flights are not taken over, the whole vacation must be canceled.
If you want to rent a car, do it anywhere else, but not there. Even if you buy a car and sell it after short term use it is cheaper and less effort than trying to rent a car here ...
