Quite a small shop, so only have a limited range. Mostly used for prescription pick up which can be difficult if doing it for other people and get asked for their date of birth

Twice now they have told me a prescription had not been received from the GP when it had, I think in both cases the medication had been filed it in the wrong place. It is time consuming (not only for me but more importantly for the NHS) to have to keep going back to the GP to check whether the prescription was sent across. I realise they are under pressure currently but it would make everyone's life easier if they could avoid errors like this.

I Love this shop, not only for make up and general health needs, but all the The goodies they sell as well. I needed some make up bits and he that wanders off is quite keen on their sandwiches, so I sent him off to pick out his favourites, then went to have a chat about an extremely irritating cough. That had been keeping me up til the early hours!! He who wanders off, wandered past on his way to the door, when I grabbed him and hauled him to the pharmacist. Yes, It was HIS cough that was keeping me awake!! But I can't do all this shopping on little or no sleep, so he had to be sorted out!! After he'd been diagnosed, we went upstairs to look at cameras for a holiday and a packs of a baby grows for an expectant friend. I found some high factor sun screen for our dogs ears and some discounted sunglasses. I also Lost He who wanders off. Who'd managed to walk down the Same aisle and His obviously came out at Narnia or some such!!! Now I Know you're wondering Why I worry when he's vanished? Apart from the fact he Always insists on carrying the empty bags, so essential to put the shopping in!!!! He has a crafty trick of dropping things He's taken a shine to in my basket, so when I get to the till, the bills 3 times more than expected!!! Yet I Never see him Do it!!! Then. At the till. He's Gone!!! There's only 5 shops in Horsham hell stay Firmly at my side lol and I'll tell you about them when we get to them! Meantime, Boots? I Love it, I love the staff, the goods and don't forget, the rewards cards. So useful when you need to get a gift! Bonus. Bonus. Bonus!!!
