Tony has been supporting me with my injuries for some time now. He takes time to understand what is happening with my specialists, physio etc. gives great advice on additional exercises and molds the treatment around my needs. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and passionate about his work.
Tony has sorted out 2 injuries for me over the past 3 years, and each time I have been delighted with the results. He is professional, knowledgeable, and really listens to clients to design a tailor made treatment package for them. I would very highly recommend him.
Tony is very informative with his treatments and diagnosis. He will explain
thoroughly and ensure you understand what you're receiving. Still undergoing treatment with Tony but very happy so far. Would definitely recommend.
Tony has helped me with several niggles (self inflicted sports injuries!) in the past and always offers excellent guidance, advice and treatment. He's very easy to get on with, reassuring and clearly knows his stuff. As a sportsman himself he also understands the frustration when you need to pause or adapt activities to heal and does what he can to keep you moving and then get back to normal activities asap. I visit regularly for a sports massage to keep things in check and it's made a huge difference to recovery. Would highly recommend Hands On if you have an injury or just for regular maintenance :)
Excellent clinic. Tony is really thorough, and during the course of treatments I've had, he always adds new and different techniques to address my issues more effectively. Friendly and professional, I can highly recommend.
