Could not ask for a better experience! They got me in urgently, answered all my questions, and made sure my dog was completely fine. Really attentive to detail and thorough, and very very caring! So lucky to have such a nice vet, I'd trust them with my dog any time! I asked for an IV for my dog as I thought he was dehydrated, and they suggested I not do it as it was a bit pricey and he wasn't all that dehydrated anyway. Really appreciate that they were looking out for both me and my pup! They have my highest praise and recommendation.

The Vet was checking my cat, and she returned my cat after about10 minutes later, I came home, my cat expressed her pain on the same spot as soon as we came home. The vet was saying she seemed very lovely and fine. She could not find any of her specific pain. I couldn't trust what the vet checked. My cat had pain on her mouth and she doesn't even open her mouth for me, how the vet checked on her mouth in 10 minutes(it's only possible when she is on sleeping). I had to book another Vet immediately. Also, the consultation rate is quite high for it. It should be better a good consultation(I can check whether she has a fever or not), but I felt it's not that worth considering my experience.

Incredible vets! Saved our dogs life! After obtaining a second opinion they diagnosed the problem straight away and gave him the care he needed. Clare and Poppy were amazing and so caring! Thank you xxx

Unfortunately I feel I have been pushed out of this vets .. I had a dog put to sleep and the cost was very expensive to be told by the head of management that if I cant afford this I shouldn't have dogs ... although I have paid my bill. I have rated this vets highly for many years .. I have told many people that this is the vets for them .. But now I have been told I cannot come back to them as I 'queried' the bill .. Im very upset with how they have managed this and Unfortunately won't be going back its only been 5 days post my dog being put to sleep and I have been treated very poorly. Its saddens me to give a poor rating as I felt they were better then any vets I have previously been to.
