I needed to hire a van for 1 day & for my son to drive it for me. Absolutely no problem, he just had to show his licence to them. The van was in excellent condition and everything from first contact with the office to returning the van to their yard went very smoothly. Would certainly recommend them.
I borrowed a van from Parker’s, all seemed ok. I dropped it off, no problem. I then got a call 6 hours after dropping it off saying they’d found damage but the van had gone back out so I couldn’t come and see it. I didn’t believe them about the damage, I’m absolutely sure I wasn’t responsible, I drive a van everyday without a drama. They said they’d forward the photo to my mobile, 4 days later they sent the photo to a different person via email. A week later they’ve taken £270 out of my account without informing me.
I feel I’ve been scammed, I’ve since seen the photo, there’s no evidence it’s the same van and no evidence it was taken at the time they said.
Great van rental and really really helpful. I wanted a Luton but unfortunately they were all booked but these guys took the time to work out what else would work by footage etc and even made it cheaper. Pick up and drop off couldn't be easier just a great service and really friendly as well
