Great service from the girls who work here, fantastic discounts as well.
Shop opens at 9.15 today want to but something and it was closed 10.15 no notice on the door or anything wasted time .
Quality cheap(ish) jewellery but not a massive choice. Staff were extremely polite (her name badge said Cat) and very patient and honest about their products and my wife trying on various rings. A great place to shop.
Always helpfull. One of a very few old style jewellers who know their trade and can make anything you ask for
Assistant was unhelpful. Had an I can't be bothered attude. Apparently the shop can order customer items however these "don't always turn up". Was told to go online for any items I wanted. Asked for a specific ring size and rather than say sorry we don't have it brought the size smaller and said it'll probably fit. Shocking service. Disappointed
