I just like to say big thank you to James Stephens Jewelers for fantastic and outstanding job they have done altering my son silver and dimond bracelet.
They were little big for his wrist and had complex design for alteration. When l received bracelet after its done finishing result were 5* perfect !

Absolutely delighted with my experience at James Stephens Jewellers! My grandmother had a sentimental ring with a diamond missing and a pair of stud earrings she wanted to make into drop earrings with hooks. I took them to be repaired at James Stephens for her, and the final result for both was outstanding! Both looked as good as new and she was so thrilled with how lovely they looked. Also very friendly and helpful staff - I shall definitely be back in the future!

The jeweller fixed the broken clasp of my diamond bracelet. It has been returned, fixed and looking brand new . Really pleased with the workmanship. Definitely recommend it for any jewellery repairs.
I took a diamond engagement ring that needed repair, into their shop today and they could’ve have been more helpful. The repair was made in their workshop, the same day, although i’m sure they wouldn’t be able to promise that every time. Upon speaking to them in regards to the repair, you could tell that they really know their trade, so you’re left feeling reassured, that you’ve left your treasured piece in the best of hands and all at a reasonable cost too. In addition to that, i left the shop, with one very happy fiancé, being able to wear her ring again. Thank you 💍🙏😊.
