The lady was lovely and knew what she was talking about in terms of jewellery knowledge. Was purchasing a last minute birthday present for my mum. When she knew this, she had nicely wrapped up my earrings in a nice box and bag. Had also informed us on insurance if the earrings are lost or broken. Mum loved the gift. Thanks!

Hi I went to the store just before second lockdown. I was severed by a lovely gentleman maybe in his 50s. We brought a watch and left but we looked at the window and my mum changed her mind to get a swap we had to served by This terrible woman white woman in 30s blonde she was soo bad in her customer service and so rude! I haven't stopped thinking about it till now how rude she was never had experience like that before. Customer service skills need to be updated. I think she was a supervisor or something!
Went in feeling very unwell with a stomach ache. The nice lady serving me asked how my day was to which I replied that I'm not feeling great. She kindly gave me assistance quickly and competently. She said she could see I was struggling and wished me well. Excellent service, reasonable priced too.
