Really really poor service and absolutely no help! I ordered a ring a few hours before ringing them as the deal seemed good but the site didnt let me amend the delivery address. Now it was a simple request when I rang them to change the address to one where I am at as I was away for 2 weeks for work and the order hadn't even been despatched!!! Anyways I rang there unsympathetic customer service team who could only tell me that the order has been placed and i couldn't amend the address at all or even have it delivered to one of their shops, after 20mins waiting all she literally did was repeat the same message (which does not help my cause)!! It was a good deal, but not that good that I couldn't get similar from elsewhere and get MUCH better service!! STAY AWAY from ordering online from this money grabbing company!
