I have just had to most unprofessional, combative, rude and disrespectful telephone call of my whole life. Never have I ever been spoken to with such disrespect by someone who I have paid to carry out a service. You are a disgraceful human who should not be taking calls if you aren’t able to answer respectfully. I really hope nobody has to experience a call I had to today.
