Access Lock & Safe Company

I was initially very confident in this company. My initial phone conversation was super helpful and I had someone over within the time fame they initially gave me. Both over the phone and in person those who I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. However I was very disappointed in the work completed. There was some confusion with colours. I was under the impression the whole locks would be changed instead of individual parts and ended up with a brass frame and chrome centre. I was also left with a penny sized hole in my door and stray screws left on the floor. (Which unfortunately we’re found when my 2yr old stepped on one) I did try to call the company (as I had to leave for work before seeing the end result and had already paid the locksmith in cash) I couldn’t get a response. I received a text message requesting a review so I responded to the text explaining my concerns in the hope of resolution. It was at this point I was met with defensiveness. I was instantly told I had the wrong company (I didn’t) when they eventually checked I was blamed for the colour mishap and then given an excuse to the hole in door. There was absolutely zero accountability for the poor work/confusion on their part. Unfortunately this wasn’t resolved and I ended up having to end communication as it felt argumentative. I have been left out of pocket and will need to have these issues corrected and repaired elsewhere.
