Taken ages to get my car fixed be thinking of going to someone else.

Very poor experience with this company and will definitely not be using them again. Although staff are pleasant to speak to, I have had to send through documents multiple times in response to a request for additional information. I called a number of times to resolve this, each time waiting no less than 20 minutes on hold before speaking to someone. This has been going on for well over a month. Interestingly, they only asked for additional information after the 14 day cancellation period. Given that they were only a few pounds cheaper than other reputable firms, I should have gone with someone else.
Getting the policy was straight forward and easy. Getting through to customer services was not. Once through they were unable to change the details I wanted changed so had to cancel the policy and get a new one. Policy competitively price and looks good. However, won't know how good it is until (hopefully never) i have to make a claim.
Be aware !!!Never had problems with any of company before ...but 1st central.
After 3 months they just sent me email that my car insurance is cancelled for reason...I'm still not sure. There was something in the past which isn't any more in my driving history but they didn't like it. I was trying explain on the phone but no one cares. Email them 4 times but no reply. I need to pay 111.50 plus 57 cancellation fee. No idea why i what for 111.50...
