Terrible experience. They take your money before initiating any checks. Website doesn't give the option to select whether or not you have had insurance cancelled before and then send a letter instead of an email to cancel your insurance which doesn't get to you before the notice period runs out so you end up driving around unaware you don't have insurance. When you call to speak to someone they basically tell you it's not their problem but happily keep your money even if you've been insured less than 2 weeks... DO NOT USE!!!!

Shocking! I phoned to cancel because I sold my car, the cost to cancel was equivalent to 4/5 months payments. They said they would collect it DD then sent me a Final Notice from the credit control department the following day..even though my payments were up to date.

I switched to Zenith after a long process and communication struggle. A few weeks in after paying in full I am requested to provide them with various documentation to prove identity. Not only did they have my driving license, V5, No claims, DVLA generated code but they want occupation proof and recent bill. Being self-employed and having paperless bills, I cannot provide this. Over 10 emails later, no alternative suggestions and am still getting threatened with my policy being cancelled!

DO NOT USE Zenith to insure your car. I was involved in a collision where the other party was at fault. Minor damage to my vehicle but Zenith were not interested in repairs. Instead they thanked me for reporting it as it is the law and they doubled my renewal. I have protected no claims and...... There was no claim made but I’ve been treated like I’ve had an “at fault” collision. Two things, don’t bother paying to protect your no claims as it’s not actually really protected is it! I got a better deal for less than what I’d originally paid by shopping around.

Never, ever use this company, they are a minefield of miscommunication and you do all the donkey work for there total incompetence. 9 moths of hell for a non fault accident that is still not resolved. Run for the hills if you need there help as non is available. Total sham of a company
