Phoned up planning and was told about the free clinic , so I attended 5 hrs there and back from Epping approx 150 miles , a day of work I am self employed only to find I was not eligible. Disgraceful service
Arrogant and rude staff. Rather than helping the members of the public they serve, they bluntly advise you of ludicrous policies and inform you it’s their way or the pot-hole ridden highway.
Today, 25/09/2018 , as on many previous occasions the " first line cust service " at the Council Office was as ever excellent.
The same credit is due to all the staff at Imberhorne Lane. And the
Highways staff...Even the Planning Department......
