Incredibly disappointing.
Picked us up at the train station without any problem.
Took us to the depot, filled out the paperwork and discussed when we would return the car and when the office would be manned.
When we got back (having made sure we got back a bit early so as not to inconvenience the staff member), there was no one there. I assumed he was dropping someone back at the station as he had told us he would be doing for us. But no - I finally called and was told he was too far away, and would not be returning and could we please put the keys under the cone at side of the building and walk back to the station. It is not a 5 minute walk as he said it was and we had luggage to drag along and my husband was quite ill - so this was pretty inconvenient. At the least, we should have been advised of these changes - he had our mobile number.
When I said that I had paid for petrol, so needed to be reimbursed - "Sure no problem! Leave the paperwork with the keys." Nearly a month later and no reimbursement.
