Very quick pick up and return of hire car, friendly helpful staff.
Good price and good service, unlimited mileage was the reason we chose them.
Excellent experience especially as I haven't rented from here in a while. Josh was excellent and very efficient no waiting around and the car was ready to go. Also the pretty lady who dropped me off into town was also excellent again efficient and both incredibly friendly. Will definitely rent here more and recommend.

Very poor customer service, do not trust the staff, do not believe in the company utter utter discrace of a company.
Ordered a few cars in the past month, first got "upgraded" from a small car as requested to a 4x4 to go down very small backlanes, as a new driver this was not suitable so has to cancel. (even though we stated NO UPGRADES..)
Today, we contact their customer service team to discuss when our car will be delivered to be advised the Salisbury branch have cancelled the booking and have not provided a reason for this.
Extremely disgusting service.
