Never again, AVOID!! Booked through A2Z who then used Kangaroo parking. My car was returned to me with a slashed and totally flat tyre and they refused to take responsibility. They keep prices down by just parking the vehicles in local streets for free.

Possibly the worst company I have ever ever used I called them just after I picked up my bags I waited over 50 min for the car to be delivered with two small children on delivery the car was scratched on both wheel arches and the bumper so the driver phoned the manager I said I’ll come to you he wouldn’t give me an address for me to come to so I said could you come here he said he was on his way I waited another hour so phoned him he said his driver showed him the pictures and he wasn’t coming when I said I want you to come here now his reply “I am not your slave” and point blank refused to admit it was the company’s fault who made the scratches so now Iv lot legal advice to get them to admit the damages to my car of a quote of £300 to sort this also he has blocked my phone number so I can’t get hold of him. Bunch of cowboys at best AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scammers taking advantage of covid by refusing to refund when flights are cancelled. EDIT - the owner replied saying 'fake review' which of course is another lie, typical of a company of scammers. Here is the reply they sent when I emailed asking for a refund or credit note because all flights were cancelled due to covid - I suppose the owner will claim I made this up too... "Unfortunately, you have booked a non-flex parking product which means booking can not be cancelled or amended or refunded hence we are unable to cancel this booking. You cannot only pick & choose with your convenience please read the terms & condition ( cancellation policy -4.6 ) 4. CANCELLATION POLICY 4.6 Non-Flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. Kind Regard, Sonal A2Z Airport Parking Team"

So the instructions when you receive the email they mention to go to short stay car park and wait for you there. NO. To save costs, they tell you to go to Passenger Drop Off. They made me wait for 30 minutes cutting it fine getting my flights. When I picked up my car, it was the same thing which was to go to Passenger Drop Off. The car was disgusting. The driver drank my bottle of water, muddy and even had a bite of my protein bar which was there for emergency in case stuck in traffic. I will NOT recommend them to anybody. It is worth paying extra for other companies who provide real service and convenience than this company who is so unprofessional and unscrupulous.

PLEASE, anyone considering this company DO NOT use them! I had items taken from my car while in their possession. I called up to question them and was told they can’t do anything and I need to email a complaint. I’ve done that and was told to expect a response in 14-21 days, I’m not at all hopeful I’ll get my things back or any compensation. They are cheap for a reason!
