I've parked there a dozen times over the last few years and things have been great. I made one mistake on this weeks booking and clicked on the wrong date drop-down button on my phone (added an extra week by mistake) and they refuse to even credit me a weeks parking towards a future journey. Even speaking to the customer service person didn't yield a result as the manager said there are no exceptions.
So here is the amazing thing; with a no-refund policy, they've lost my business for life. Money-grabbing for the short-term is a long-term business killer....you reap what you sow.
