Very disappointed with HE. Had a terrible experience with regards to our booking. Cynical company. Profit over clear communication, common sense and service. Official complaints submitted, but no one other than the front line customer service responds with anything other than a copy and pasted company line. Must be an awful environment for the people who work there. 'Hassle Free'? Absolutely not.

Overall the price was good and quick transportation to the terminal. Finding the location was not easy and when I put the postal code it took me to Hotel which was not the best when you are almost late for a flight and could be stressful. The parking was very organized and marked so easy to find the car again. We were a bit confused when it did not read our license plate in and out but the staff were very calm and helpful.

Sadly I had to put 1 star they don’t deserve any stars they are treating customers so badly. They email saying you will get a full refund then they send a voucher, once you email telling them you want cash they block you! I’ve never had such appalling service, hundreds of people on a group called holiday extras refunds are desperately trying to get their money back. Trying everything they can to get a refund, the company needs to do the right thing and give money back, Do Not Trust Them!

Don’t use @holidayextras to book your airport parking with blue circle parking. They scratch your car, drive recklessly and create £1500 of damage to your car. Blue circle will avoid you. Holiday extras try to wash there hands. @matthewpack the director call me ASAP. Blue circle will not answer.

Found the car drop off location easily enough and into North Terminal through the hotel quickly. Despite trying to make sure we remembered how to get back on our return we took a while to get to the correct floor (1st) as the hotel signs on the lifts are tiny. The lift one floor down from the hotel to the parking area was broken but they had extra people on hand to lug our bags down the stairs and it was a bit chaotic when we went to collect our keys as a bus load of drivers arrived to take cars away at the same time. Despite this our car was there and we managed to get on the road pretty quickly and would use the service again.
