Excellent meet and greet at good prices.
We dropped our car at the Hilton car park. Walked through the hotel straight into airport.
On the way home phoned once we had our bags walked through hotel to car park . Gave the car park man our card and got car straight away.
Will definitely use them again
Do not use this company . We have just waited (along with many other people) an hour and half for our car ...in the freezing cold at 1am When it finally arrived it has. big scrap along the side . Absolutely the worst meet and greet I have ever experienced ,I wanted to give no stars but couldn't !
Very close drop off and pick up and no waiting either. Car was there when we arrived and had lost part of the door handle, so spoke to the operative present who told me to take photos and gave me the contact email address. Emailed their customer service who agreed the loss had occurred whilst the car was in their care so asked me to get an estimate and they would reimburse. They were as good as their word and all sorted inside of 7 days. Will definitely use again.
It’s not a good service. I called them as my flight arrived at Gatwick north terminal, they said my car will be there at the Sofia hotel car park. I’m still waiting at there collection point after 45 mins waiting.they say 15/20 mins. Not acceptable service. I fly once a month and find long stay north terminal quicker than this. No apology no offer of a discount, save your money. And use another service.
Extremely easy on line especially as I am a previous customer. Delivery as near as you can get to terminal 5. Hand over and collection very smooth. The car was waiting for me on return so quick exit. Excellent in all respects
