Jungle parking & Damages!!! DO NOT USE.
My vehicle was left in the possession for 10 days. Upon picking up my vehicle it appeared to have been parked in a jungle for 10 days.
Absolutely covered In filth, leaves along with scratches, scuffs and damage. My car was completely valeted the day before entering and given in prestige condition.
Absolute shambolic customer service trying to resolve the issue given every possible pathetic excuse to divert ownership. Without a resolution I will be taking this company down a legal path to get a resolution if they refuse to provide a solution.
They have offered half a refund. Apparently £40 covers damaged bodywork and a full valet these day!!!??

Cant fault Maple parking, polite uniformed staff greet you in a well organised drop off space. Being a long time user of the company I am offered additional discounts which encourage me to be a returning customer.
They have also updated the answering service which means you don't have to worry about not being able to touch your phone, which is ideal for lone travellers.
Will always use this company even if they come up a little bit dearer than others purely on the trust and service.
Really impressive service! Had already booked @ Heathrow T5 when government restrictions meant rearranging at short notice. We changed to Gatwick - called Maple Parking and the very nice man switched our booking there and then, had an email confirming the changes - and got a refund as well! It's hard enough getting a holiday sorted nowadays - let alone running a "holiday related company" this year. Thank you Maple for making this bit really easy!
PS: our (grown up) family needed our car while we were away. Despite it being a weekend, we arranged it simply and safely - and with total security - by email within minutes from Rhodes. Our two son-in-laws collected our car with us (in Rhodes) included and fully confident.
