I always use this Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsburys store, very useful to collect my medication whilst shopping, polite and helpful knowledgeable staff and pharmacist
It's a pharmacy, so you'd hope the staff would be both knowledgeable and helpful - and they are. Significant negative for this branch however is the layout: unless talking to a customer the staff are out of sight and cannot see if anyone is waiting to be served. The only way to get their attention is to call out 'Excuse me...' and/or lean over the counter. Such a simple problem to fix with a bell/buzzer or even a small mirror behind the counter, but one which can be extremely frustrating.
