This boots is bigger and nicer than the others around. Lovely. Very honest prices.
Boots need to pull their socks up. Loads of times been waiting for them to open at 9am. Only to be told no pharmist on site so they can not open store. Yesterday they opened at nearly 10am. Then had to wait at counter only be told they had lost my prescription 25 mins I was waiting the locum pharmist just stood there whilst the assistant manager looked. I have now changed myself and husband to a different pharmacy as this is just not good way to run a business.
Worst fragrance selection going. Missing so many
Great service received today item was over priced compared to the ticket & manager who served me charged ticket price without question. Would return again. Lovely range of products on offer. Clean & tidy store.
1 star is only for the products. Because the staff was so far up there backsides. Discusting customer service or kindness or happiness was no where to be seen. Management and staff and attitudes needs a major makeover. Very disappointing for a big lovely store.
