Shock. Rude staff ignore you completely and completely willing to help.
My situation was around some antibiotics prescribed for my little girl who had tonsillitis and a combination of the rubbish GP and the prescription arriving hours after the 15 mins that I was advised.
0 star if i could, asked to buy some ear drops for a throbbing ear , after 5 minutes of interrogation they refused to sell me ear drops
drove to lloyds langley green and brought the same ear drops no questions asked
Great little chemist, have some really nice little bits & bobs & some really nice offers at times, plus all the staff are very pleasant indeed, even at busy times they always want to help & greet you with a smile,
