Always have a wonderful service here, the staff and pharmacy team are happy, polite and very helpful. They have always gone out of their way to get me exactly what I want/need.

How can they sell expired medicine also that to a pregnant woman.

Shocking! Have used various Lloyds pharmacies and have always been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. However this branch has seriously let the side down. Claimed they didn't have the prescription that had been sent electronically by GP and to go to GP to chase up. When chased up with the GP it had been sent, so had to go back to Lloyds where they then found it lying to one side only to then be told that they were out of stock - not a word of apology about THEIR initial mistake. When we asked if there was another Lloyds nearby that might have it as it was a matter of urgency we were told they "didn't know" and "didn't think" so and didn't offer to find out for us. Fortunately we found another Lloyds further along the road (2 minutes walk away - how can they not know it exists?!) and they were fantastic and really helpful.
Little bit of information for the 2 people on duty on this occasion - most people who visit a pharmacy are unwell - some seriously so. Therefore helpfulness, kindness and compassion would be considered an essential, automatic part of your service! Shame on you.
