They have huge knowledge in their industry and pass this knowledge onto their clients to ensure you understand what is happening every step of the way. A professional yet personal company that genuinely care about their clients.

It was my first time seeing Maz at Step Up after being recommended by a friend. Friendly and extremely helpful, I couldn’t recommend him enough. Full of knowledge, Maz made me feel comfortable and explained what was going on in a clear and digestible way which made me understand why the issues I’m having are there, the journey needed to correct said issue and all in a positive and clear manner. 10/10 would recommend!

If your reading this review to make a decision to choose a professional first class Physiotherapist look no further. MAZ is the choice you need to make. His knowledge and skill is second to none and I can’t recommend him any higher. The treatment I received for my injury and the exercises for rehabilitation I was given are spot on. So knowledgeable, and thorough. Maz puts you at ease straight away, kind, calm and informative on a level you can understand. 100% supportive and seems to like the challenge of finding new solutions for you. I would return to Maz, again and again, his training is always the best and love the education he gives.
