Pharmacy staff rude. Staff today didn’t even look up from what they were doing whilst speaking to me. They do not think of the customer, pharmacy is closed 2pm-3pm whilst the pharmacist is on “lunch” - had to make two round trips to pick up my repeat prescription. A customer focused policy is needed.
Had flu jab here. Friendly and helpful staff, and on time with appointment.
Wow! The most rudest, vilest pharmacist I have ever met. Forget pharmacist, person I have ever encountered. I am in actual shock how rude she was today. Clearly angry, bitter person who needs to do a course in customer service. Boots you should be ashamed how she speaks to your customers. You lost a customer today. Super angry by her attitude. VILE 😡
To feel as normal as possible, this was the place to shop.
