I consider myself to be extremely lucky for rented a flat from Dedman Lettings.Graham and his team are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help.They treats you like a family.If anything goes wrong he always tries to deal with it within the day.I've never experienced that with the different agencies.I also need to thank to Mark and the guys who's working around the house. Thank you for all your hard work!! I can't recommend you highly enough!!

I used Dedman Lettings for the first time to find my tenant after being let down by another agent who I had used for many years. What a great find, Harriet has been amazing throughout, very attentive, professional and went the extra mile to find me an excellent tenant. I had a nightmare with my old tenant so this time I've been really cautious and Harriet has helped provide reassurance with her comprehensive checks and vetting procedure. Fantastic service and all delivered for a very reasonable price. I will most definitely be using Dedman's again next time.
