Cake tasted nice but that's as many positives as I can find. Poor communication. Cake was late and in a poor condition upon arrival. They didn't sort out what we'd agreed on the cake. When asked to respond to the poor service I was promptly ignored. Avoid if possible.

Very unprofessional, little to no communication definitely unreliable... I understand certain aspects of life can’t be helped but as a business you should be professional at all times not keeping people in the loop when they’re relying on you is very poor! I do not recommend!

Absoulty disgraceful. How can you take a deposit for a order and not fulfil your commitment and contract to bake a unique cake .No communication no apology and no refund to quote the text "I was going to text you 3 dsys ago but i didnt".All of the family and our friends will soon be on this website leaving their own comments on how disgusted they are with the poor service and lack of communication,commitment to bake a unique cake for a little girls birthday party. It's bad enough That many of her party guests will not be able to attend her party due to the current situation happening globally. No refund no apology no commitment to fulfil her order this is absolutely disgraceful.Three days ago they knew they went going to fulfil her contract and still no refund.EVERYONE NEEDS KNOW THAT THIIS DISGRACEFULL.
