The vet we talked to was very full on and rude it felt like interrogation, made us feel like we where very bad owners and didn't make us feel comfortable at all. We where only there for a one of so there really wasn't a need for all the questions like that. Would never want to have that women as a full time vet and will certainly not be going back. A nervous owner = a nervous dog!

The staff are kind, caring, professional.. Excellent care of my Springer who hates going to the vet. The waiting room is spacious and plenty of parking. I'd certainly recommend these wonderful people.
