Suzie has been amazing, I brought my 10 year old Lab to her with chronic arthritis and in a bad way. He needed two hip replacements but at that age it really was not an option so Hydrotherapy was a good route to help build up Muscle and get him rebalanced and stronger. She has taken such care to get him back to being a happy dog that can now go for a good hours walk once again and that is an incredible feat. I highly recommend DogWorks, Suzie goes out of her way to treat the individual dog and is totally passionate about animals so really can’t do enough for you. The sessions are very controlled and thorough, after every appointment you get an in-depth typed review of your dogs progress which is really helpful to see how they are getting on. She is always there at the end of the phone if you want to discuss progress after a session or have any questions at all about your dogs condition.

My dog Stevie, a fox terrier, absolutely loves his sessions. Having been through a few hydrotherapists I don't think I have been to one where he gets so much undivided attention to his needs and in a relaxed space where you don't have to be in and out in half hour. I highly recommend Suzie and DogWorks!

Suzie has been absolutely incredible with my 15 year old cocker spaniel, Flo, who is having hydrotherapy for her arthritis. Flo was very nervous at first but the patience Suzie showed was phenomenal, allowing Flo to get used to the space for a very long time before even attempting to get her into the pool. Week on week Suzie takes immense care over Flo and the results are showing as Flo's mobility is going from strength to strength. Suzie's background as a veterinary nurse comes through as week on week she does all the relevant checks and I get sent a weekly progress report which also goes to my vets. The time and commitment Suzie shows is amazing. An incredible lady who really cares about what she does, the dogs always come first. I highly recommend DogWorks, I'm so glad I found Suzie.

Extremely professional and friendly, they help my dog feel at ease every time and has shown a massive improvement! Looking forward to next appointment.
