Your vet surgery is always excellent. I brought my cat to you as he had a minor injury and I was able to get an appointment the same morning I phoned. Everything went so quickly and smoothly and I could not fault any aspect of the service I received from any body. My appointment was on time and we were finished less than half an hour after we arrived. We always have good experiences with you with both reception and your vet team and I have no hesitation recommending you.
The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful, the vet was really helpful explaining pet passports to me, did a decent check on my dog & my dog felt secure with the vet too.
It was a telephone enquiry. Very helpful receptionist. She under stood the issue, sorted it and called me back to let me know. Fabulous service, well done.
