Absolutely amazing service. Iv been to many vets in the past and these are by far the best on service and price, even my dogs pick up on it they dont express any anxiety that they previously use to at the vets. The nurses, vets and receptionists are so friendly and caring towards the animals. Honestly cant praise them enough, plus the price is great very reasonable and even when there is a larger bill its explained out so no hidden costs. Thank you all :)

The vetinary nurses are also so nice to me putting me at complete ease during any visit. They adore Nancy (my house bunny) which is clear to see and always treat her so beautifully. This was the first time I wasn’t with Nancy whilst she had her claws clipped (covid procedures) but I felt at complete ease letting the nurses take her into the back without me as I knew how well she will be taken care of. This level of care for pets may well be written into the job description of the nurses, but the way they always treat me as well and answer any questions I have Is ALWAYS phenomenal. Thank you ladies! X

Wasn't bad, loved the receptionist staff!! They were great, and very helpful... thought the woman vet was unbelievably rude to them and to customers... Forcibly grabbing items out of my hubby hand and always interrupting you. Have since found a different vet to attend!! The 3 stars are for the receptionist Staff and maybe, the Male Vet (we didn't see him. But he seemed cool)

The vet was fantastic and took great care to explain the options available. She was knowledgeable and I trust her expertise. She was very good with my dog and I would not hesitate to recommend vets for pets Crawley. My dog has terrible allergies but after just one day of the medication he isn't constantly scratching and seems so much happier! I know many local vets are turning people away during the current covid situation but Vets for Pets Crawley seemed to handle the social distancing and extra hygiene precautions very well. I felt safe and felt my dog was well cared for. Thank you!
