Very helpful and quick to act if you have an emergency. I have been with them 2 years now and been very happy with the advice and treatment given, My dog goes in there every time with a tail wagging and a smile on her face.. that speaks volumes as far as i'm concerned.
I made an appointment been late only for few minutes. I was sick but brought my kitten to be seen as she was sick i have been told by receptionist i can not bee seen and i have to wait the dog just arrived. She saw clearly i am hardly standing but she did not care. Would not recommend and will change the vet
