I would never go anywhere else. I am a regular customer and my cat is always well looked after. I have never been turned away and staff always welcome us back. Very clean and pleasant. It will always be my choice for my fury baby.

Impressive facilities and both of my cats seemed very happy. Unfortunately charges per day were not made clear

Excellent place to put your cat in if your going away or on holiday. Staff are amazing. The facilities are great.

Under new management and still the best cat hotel for our baby. It is always a concern when leaving your cat with others, however at the Hawthorn we know she is well looked after by people who love cats. Highly recommended.
