PDSA saved my Dachshunds life and have looked after him so well... he's been in and out of there almost monthly and they are all such wonderful people they really adore animals!
If you can donate please donate because I've experienced and seen first hand how PDSA are impacting lives here in the UK both animals and humans!
Was kept waiting an hour and half after my appointment time but can understand due to covid. I don't like the way they pressure you for money. I always give over the recommended amount but it still don't feel like I've done enough even if I've left myself very short on cash. They advised me to put one of my 2 week old kittens to sleep as he had a bad leg but a week later his leg was a lot better and is getting better by the day so they would of put him down for nothing. I'm very upset about it
The Bow PDSA are always so incredibly helpful, they're informative, try their best to accommodate you and called multiple times after to check how my pet was doing!

I cannot pay enough compliments to the Bow PDSA Pet Hospital. These guys provide a greatly needed service for those of us pet owners that cannot necessarily afford veterinary care for our pets. The staff always have the best interests of your pet in mind and are helpful every step of the way.
Seeing the work done here is inspirational. From my own personal experience, a while ago I brought my newborn kittens here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of.
At the end of your pet's treatment you can donate some money to the hospital; I'd recommend that if you're able to you should donate to help support such a hardworking team.
