Great vet and staff. I was so nervous to take my little puppy here when I moved areas, as her last vet was really outstanding. However, luck would have it that this practice seems to be just as good. Their staff is professional, gives time to ask questions and was on time. They email receipts and the price on the medicine and goods are very competitive. Happy to be a new a new member!

What can i say? There was an elderly receptionist who was very rude and made snide remarks regarding our treatment of our cat. I have looked after and fed 6 cats from kittenhood to their adult age. They have all grown to be healthy and strong cats which i was never required to take the vets at all. However our recent addition to the family Lynx (incase they say they dont have our records) was a very ill cat from when we got him. He has a hernia. However this receptionist was extremely rude to us and insinuated we shouldn't have cats because the food we feed them is "working class food." The vets themselves only wanted to make money and didnt really care about my cat. Vets are supposed to love animals right? However on a side note. There is this other younger receptionist who was super nice and really loved our cat. Though ive only spoken to her a few times. She made my experience much better and hope the best for her

The receptionists were very kind and informative. They gave us all the answers to all the questions we had. This experience was simply not five stars as I felt rushed by the Vet. She wasn’t aware about the pricing very well. Was rushing to give all the vaccinations and treatments to our cat when I wanted to be made aware what was being given to him and the side effects. I’m glad I did as our cat was almost given a dog worming tablet. She kept getting the pet carrier up mid conversation and trying to get me out the consultation room ASAP. I had quite a few things to ask and do ( nail clipping, worming tablet, and dental check up) as it was our cats first time at the vets and he had quite a few problems so would have appreciated if she was a bit patient with me We are happy to go back and would recommend poplar vets as long as people don’t feel rushed and the Vet is happy to help and is well informed about pricing and so on.

This is an absolutely amazing vet office. We have been to four others in the area and they were either too costly or just didn't give enough advice and care as was needed. Our cat had a blocked urinary tract and was quite violently ill. I called them first thing in the morning and they fit him in straightaway (I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else). Our vet was kind and thoughtful and really took the time to give all of the medicine and care that our cat needed. She genuinely loves animals and this was evident in her advice and care. The other employees there were very helpful, knowledgeable and they love what they do. The help and assistance with the insurance forms was incredibly useful and helpful. Please do use these guys. They are amazing!
