First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow. I'm a nervous about going to the dentist, but her professionalism really put me at ease! The Follow up: The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly). No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups! (Thank you to the staff for the speed in which everything was done).

Sent there for the first time after seeing a dentist when I was a child and having a terrible experience with fillings. The young islamic dentist there was absolutely superb. felt super safe in the despite the pandemic and she performed a temporary filling which was painless apart from the small jab of the injections. Really great service thank you so much.

First let me say that I have had no problems with the dentists. My problems have been with receptionists. Today a young receptionist accused me of shouting and put the phone down. I was 10 minutes late but in the carpark as she phoned. I have been waiting longer than usual for this appointment after being given the wrong information regarding booking appointments. They have no customer skills, no empathy and a lack of right information for the patients. Tired of being mistreated.

Dentist is lovely, professional and fantastic with children. However, reception staff are awful, not helpful, rude and abrupt. They need training on customer services and how to rationalise care. I was given an appointment making me wait 4 weeks even after me explaining to them that my tooth is chipped and causing me pain and as a result of the long wait i now need a root cannel. I explained the rationale of them giving me an earlier appointment would benefit not only me but NHS as i would not have needed the pricey intervention (i am tax exempt) with three further appointments. If i was given an appointment ASAP i would have only need a quick and priceless filling.
