Our dog was ill and we could not get to a vet quickly due to Covid-19, we were able to speak with a vet quicker and for a fraction of the cost of going to see our local one. The 15 min appointment was the perfect length to answer all our questions and find out our dog was fine. If we had visited the vet (as we previously have) this always turns into a distressing trip for our elderly dog and normally leads to tests costing upwards of £100 to find out she is fine. The lack of distress of taking our dog to the vet as well as the speed and helpfulness makes this a truly wonderful service. I would recommend this to all pet owners as a first place to visit. Whenever I take the dog to our local vet I get the feeling they always make us bring her back in and run additional tests as they know we will pay and I am not sure they always have the best interest of the dog as their top priority, due to the follow ups and tests not being completed by them, they only have incentive to give you the best advise they can. I love this website!
