I had issues with other dentists in the past and I only ever go to the dentist when I have a problem but I can't fault this practice. I've been going here for a few years now and they make me feel comfortable and to take the time explain what procedure they are doing. A few times the slot I have been allocated has gone over but nothing was rushed and the procedure was completed. Highly recommended professional and caring about their patients. Keep up the good work and thank you :-)
Had an emergency appointment due to losing a filling and having a cracked tooth during the initial lockdown. I am terrified of injections but the dentist I saw had the golden touch in my opinion. I'm in no rush to visit the dentist ever but would highly recommend. All staff are always polite and helpful.
I recently saw the dentist and had an appointment with the hygienist to have stains removed. The dentist was honest and didn’t push me to have work he though I didn’t need. Will definitely come back again.
Had an emergency appointment this week, was really concerned about needing a lot of treatment or loosing my tooth! I’m nervous and really get anxious! The staff and the dentists I’ve seen are all lovely you get lots of reassurance and they spend time explaining everything really well. Was chuffed that they could fit me in as an emergency during the current lockdown.. spoke to the dentist over the telephone and he booked me in for later that day, fantastic service, you really couldn’t ask for better in my opinion! Felt really safe the whole time I was there! Thank you Hilltop!
I have alway had great treatment whenever I have visited this practice. My dentist has never been rushed and has alway gone above an beyond on any treatment he has given me. This is a family style practice which gives you the personal service anyone would expect. Definitely would recommend this practice to anyone. 5 stars
