I visited a couple months ago and paid for my treatment only to receive a penalty charge letter from NHSBSA for £100 because the practice had submitted a claim stating that I had free NHS services. I submitted my receipts (luckily, I had kept them) and was informed that the charge was dismissed but provided with an email to pass on to the dental practice to request they resubmit their records. I forwarded the email to the practice (over 4 weeks ago), but have had no response. Not even an apology! I have now changed practice.

What a amazing place the manageress jayne and the receptionist miranda they both went above and beyond they are a credit to your company they also the dentist who helped my partner will definitely recommend

The best place to go if you are terrified of the dentist like me ! Reception ladies are very professional I had my appointment booked on 28th December they call me last week asking if I want to change for 21st instead which I actually did . I can recommend 100% Dr. Irshad professional and understandable lady she made me feel very comfortable and I could not feel anything job was done very quickly as well !
