Ordered an IN STOCK item online and waited in 4 hours for the delivery. Chased via online chat to be advised it is not in stock but on back order - yet I have an email confirming the delivery. Order was cancelled without even checking with me - have been back online and ordered the item to collect tomorrow - Live chat agent states your website is wrong and I am sure you would not intentionally mislead the public on stocked items !!!! not acceptable that you would sell an item and take the funds if it is not in stock without any form of notification. Unacceptable.
I had to return an item but had no proof of purchase! The argos phone lines (all of them!) Need a lot of work!! Not very helpful at all!! But! A very nice lady called Lisa in this store was AMAZING!! Very helpful, very polite and sorted my issue out in no time!! So a big thank you and the highest praise to Lisa at this store!! Thank you!!
couldn't get a Xbox controller anywhere in Redditch, ordered online at Argos as they had them in stock received within 3 days. Amazing service especially during the current situation
This place is mainly a more of a serve yourself place with little staff being acquired at this area, products are always in perfect with a very heterogeneous amount resources and stock. WOuld recommend for various and household items. Good prices.
My first goto for most household stuff !
