I've come back to the surgery several times over the past few years for my two budgies and I couldn't feel more comfortable and supported by the vet that I have seen, Rachel. My budgies have had various problems over the years, but the surgery has always been quick to see me and I feel very secure in the knowledge that I will be offered the best possible options. The staff demonstrate genuine care and affection for the animals I have seen them treat.
good service, nice people working here.Often very busy/booked. The vets for pets franchise is quite expensive also. As a coronavirus precaution you’re not allowed to enter the room with the vet, so you have to sit outside the door (and as a result everyone in the waiting room-which is often busy-can hear your consultation) which I found tough when visiting in an emergency.
Taken my puppy for vaccinations and micro chip Charlie the vet who see my little pup was brilliant no rushing reassurance and great care given could see it was all about the care and the puppy Absolutely recommend to others not over priced good puppy packages
Well stocked shop, only thing i didn't like was i could not go in with my puppy into the actual vet, due to covid 19 restrictions, apart from that all round good service
Had to take my 15 year old cat here after she became unwell. The team gave honest, caring and professional advice, seeing her through her last 6 months, and making the final stages of her life as good as can be, with kindness displayed throughout.
