Very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional as always.
The staff are great with all pets. Indeed, I wouldn't actually go so far as to say my cat looks forward to his regular vet trips (!), but he is very well cared for and remains healthy. Thank you.
Been with this vet for many years and they are lovely.
I was dreading this visit, as I've been dreading going anywhere since covid19. However upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised, they were very professional operating a one in, one out policy. The receptionist was welcoming and made me feel at ease, although busy she had a positive attitude and seemed very calm. The vet was so kind and understanding and really made me feel like she cared about my cats welfare, unlike some other vets I have previously been too! It was quite a quick visit and my cat has immediately been relieved following treatment last night. I can't thankyou enough, I will definitely be returning to this friendly,caring vetinary surgery :) and I would 100% recommend to family and friends, thankyou whitehouse!
Have always used white house vets and wouldnt take my cat or any other future pets anywhere else, everyone is so helpful, friendly and caring and the treatment is the best.
