Friendly staff. Offers a good price for all operations. Feel confident leaving my cat with them. Highly recommend these vets.

We had no problem getting an urgent appointment at the clinic to bring in an unneutered stray cat with a leg wound. The service and treatment on that day was excellent and hassle free. However the follow up appointment the next day didn't go as expected. We were given and advised to give him a calming tablet hidden in food 1 hour before his appointment time of 3.30pm, to have his bandage changed. On arrival we weren't even allowed inside the door or speak to the reception staff, just got bellowed at by really rude woman who came out from behind the counter claiming she can't have more than the allowed quoter in at one time. Wouldn't even listen to us. When we were finally allowed to get in and sit down, we were still waiting for this poor cat to be seen by a veterinary nurse at 5.45pm. By this time the tablet calming effects had worn off and was really in a distressed state. He was absolutely panic stricken and lashed out at them finally trying to do a simple task, which was now impossible to do. He had to be sedated. We finally got him home at approx 7.30pm. In total this cat and us were out for approx 5 hours sweltering on one of the hottest days so far, caged up and masked up. No consideration was given to us or him from an animal caring professional.
