Initially I believed that John Hankinson were quite expensive however they went to great pains to diagnose my cat's affliction who was litterally almost put down and she is healthy and back to normal. Very grateful. Money well spent.
I didn’t catch my vets name but he was amazing and took such care and attention over my cat even though she is quite a difficult patient! Thank you so much!
Everyone is so friendly and the clinic is super well run, always on time etc.
John and the other staff were both empathetic and very professional in taking care of our Rabbit. Even though he sadly passed away due to age, they were extremely helpful and excellent at explaining everything that was happening. Cannot thank them enough for everything.
Both colleagues I encountered were brilliant. Very caring, understanding and insightful. I left feeling reassured and trusting that all my visits moving forward would be as brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend. Really annoyingly I forgot the vet’s name as I’d like to say a huge thanks to her for being great with Noor on her first visit in this strange time !
