A lovely vet clinic - caring staff, amazing vets and well priced services
Each time I've been I've been given inconsistent information / treatment proposal for my kitten, i.e advised to re-book and come back for X treatment, to arrive for that appointment and to be told that actually my kitten doesn't need X and 'sorry you didn't need to come". Gave them three strikes and now they're out. It's a shame because I heard good things but I think this is attributed to when this practice was run by John Hankinson.
I’ve now taken my pet rat, Rita, twice and Miranda (I think that was her name), the vet who examined her, was so lovely. In fact, every single staff who I got to talk to was great. It is also nice to know that they don’t just specialise in cats and dogs but do treat ‘exotic’ pet like my ratties.
I feel that they really do care about our furry companions, however small or big they are, they understand how they represent such a big part of our life.
Best local vet ever. Takes great care of our cat.
This place has really gone downhill of late. I’ve had to chase them up for test results constantly over days and promised call backs that never materialised. Seems like it’s become really poorly organised. Currently waiting in a long line due a massive backlog for an appointment. Really unacceptable.
