Keep going Celia Hammond! You are really needed (sadly)
I phoned this surgery recently looking for some advice regarding our dog (My dog isn't registered at this practice). I spoke to a lady called Polly who was very informative, polite, understanding and caring. Polly even gave us some fantastic advice on the issue we was calling about. Although we couldn't be seen at this practice due to not meeting their criteria, Polly made sure she was able to point me and my wife in the right direction to a nearby practice who would be able to help and they did. We took our 8 month french bulldog to get neutered at Celia Hammond during the pandemic as the vets fees were far too high for us during this time. We were slightly hesitant about it but the service we received from the staff was excellent and took all our concerns away. The vet came outside for a small consultation when we picked him up and she answered every question and was very thorough. We’ve had no issues since his operation, stitches all came out and wound has healed extremely well. I would 100% recommend !!
The staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Every time I have interacted with them I've come away satisfied and so has my cat.
When I adopted my cat the appointment to meet the staff and potential cats was friendly and informative with time to understand the needs of any potential cat as well as asking any questions, no matter how simplistic they were.
If you can adopt a cat do, otherwise at least throw them a tenner for the amazing caring they do for the animals.
